About this event
It's close to time for the best ride of the year, the Prairie ride!
This is a 92 mile, 9,000 feet of climbing trek through some remote areas along the South fork of the Boise river.
...If 92 miles and 9,000 feet of climbing hasn't sunk in yet, please take some time and consider that. That's about equivalent to climbing Bogus twice. And then doing the dump loop. And finishing the ride at the dam. Expect a moving time of >7 hours.
Expect hard climbs, ruts, washboards, and the best views to offer within 60 miles of Boise. We'll have a support vehicle as well with water, gatorade, beverages, and whatever snacks you'd like to bring along for the ride.
Matt Bixby has also graciously volunteered to host an afterparty at his house afterwards! Burgers and beer, is there a better way to end a ride?
Ride Start: Spring Creek Clubhouse, May 2nd, 7 AM

if you DO plan on attending, please leave a comment. Please note your desired pace as well. It's a big day so I don't suspect we will have an A group cruising 20+, but if we have high attendance it might be wise of us to split in half.
