The Core Strength For Cycling Clinic on Monday 5/18/26 at 6:30pm will help you with the following:
•Improving your flexibility, and save time doing it. This includes learning why you DON’T need to stretch to increase your mobility.
•Learning a proven approach to cycling specific total body core strength.
•Discovering where your strength gaps are and how to fill them in.
This complimentary event will take place at:
Premier Spine and Sport in Eagle located at 36 North Echohawk Lane, Suite 104B, (next door to Provisions Barbering). It is the second to last unit on the right hand side after you enter the parking lot.
Please arrive by 6:25PM at the latest so we can get the workout started on time.
All attendees will receive a 30-minute complimentary movement discovery session to help you find out where your current levels of core strength and mobility (aka flexibility) are and what you can do to improve them.
