Lactic Acid Announcement

COME JOIN THE FUN and help out a little too.

DETAILS:

• Registration opens at 10:00-am and the kids ride goes until noon-ish, volunteers please arrive by 9:30.
• The kids ride sets up directly across from the statue of Lincoln that is in front of the capital. That would be an easy place to meet and then Casey Dahlgren will direct everyone from there. - See map below
• The map shows the registration area.
• LAC volunteer team will help with pre-registered check in, and on-site registration, staging the kids by age group and monitoring the crosswalks while the age group kids ride by.

VOLUNTEER NEEDS:

·   10 people for checkin/registration – 2 per alphabet group (6), 2 for day-of, 2 floating volunteers to help where needed, and then to start age group 1 staging at 10:30 (stage groups down West side of Capitol

·   6 riders for on the course with the kids *- redistribute volunteers from check in before racing begins

• ·   1-2 for directing kids to exit after crossing finish line (at Bannock and Capitol) *

LAC needs 10-12 volunteers to assist on June 29 with Twilight Crit Kids Ride @ pre-registered check in, and on-site registration, staging the kids by age group and monitoring the crosswalks while the age group kids ride by at the event.
