Lactic Acid Announcement

Thursday, June 6th - Lactic Acid Cycling and Boise...
Brian Deis

We all know our cycling obsession can have a negative impact on our wallets, but did you know it can also have a positive impact on our community?

What: This is our second year participating in a monthly bicycle work party & maintenance program where, every first Thursday of the month, LAC members support the BBP team in giving back to our very deserving Boise community. This is a fun way to help get bikes into the hands of kids and to help those for which cycling is an important mode of transportation. Best of all, you don’t need any bicycle maintenance skills help!

Who: We need willing LAC members of any skill level to join and contribute to BBP’s efforts to ‘promote the personal, social, and environmental benefits of bicycling through inclusive access to refurbished bicycles, repair, and empowering educational experiences to build a stronger bicycling community. ’ BBP will provide all the tools and guidance needed to make a difference!

When: (6:00pm - 7:30pm) Thursday, June 6th.

Contact Brian Deis - bddeis@gmail.com with any questions.

Where: Boise Bicycle Project 1027 S Lusk St, Boise, ID 83706 https://www.boisebicycleproject.org/

Thank you for your involvement in LAC and cycling. With nearly 200 registered LAC members, we know that Lactic Acid Cycling can make a meaningful contribution to BBP and our community.
